Hi,

I have just installed MyCalls Version 4 and have created 2 users of which both were admins. However I have mistakenly give each login Basic call control on the user account, now every time I try to login with either it says I don't have the licence. What can I do? Is there some sort of override to get back into the user settings?

I located the following links, maybe this will help. My only other suggestion is to either call in your vender or un-install then re-install the product.

Enter the License Serial Number and the Computer Unique ID presented during the manual activation request from the License Manager application. Once a permanent license has been generated it will only work on the computer the License Manager application was run from.
After activation a permanent license will be generated and downloaded for you. Store this license file in a safe place and use the application's License Manager to install it into the application.
Correct User name and Organisation is essential. Failure to supply these can result in being unable to issue replacement licenses if ever required.

An incorrectly entered Computer Unique ID will result in generating a license that will not work on the computer it was intended for. Please try and use copy and paste from the clipboard rather than typing it in directly to avoid mistakes.

Thanks for all your help. I managed to get the override password from NEC the following day. I will not post here however if needed please PM me.
