Hi there,
I have created a custom report for a DID within MyCalls. However I'm looking to get the report to show the total number of calls (Answered and Abandoned)
Under the available information option I get the Call Count - Abandoned Incoming and Incoming as separate options but I don't see any option for the total number of calls.
I'm I missing something?

Also is there a option to show the Average Wait time which takes into consideration both Incoming and Abandoned calls?
