mycallpilot won't go to login page

MCP version 4.04.04..10
and the Callpilot is also v4.
It's been working fine for years and then suddenly nobody can login - it goes to the initial page where you can download the player and/or Windows media player but when you hit "continue" (becasue I already have full desktop messaging player instqalled but other people use the standalone one for mycallpilot) it just reloads that page.

I did a CPTrace on the MCP server and wnet toe MCP webpage and got the following but I can't interpret it. Maybe someone could run a trace on their box that works and post it up and I will do the staring and comparing to see what I can see...
(Or if anyone sees what might be the problem, holler! lol)

All the parameters there that I know what they are do seem to be correct.

When it was working it alwasyskipped that page and went straight to the login page.
