MyCallPilot Global.asa error/IIS Lockup

Experiencing an issue where IIS 5.0 on a Windows 2000 Server will simply lock up while running Nortel's MyCallPilot website. Continually get errors in the Event log as follows:

Error: File /MyCallPilot/global.asa Line 9 Unexpected error. A trappable error occurred in the OnStartPage method of an external object..

Help! Anyone?
