Weird problem I'm having with MyCallPilot.
I use the convert vbk to wav and forward smtp so the voicemail shows up in my Outlook inbox in wav format.
When I enable this feature in MyCallPilot, everything works for a couple of days, then for no reason that I can find, the forwarding rule disables itself due and reports smtp failure.
My exchange servers are solid with no handshake failures at all in the logs.
Question 1: Are there smtp logs in MyCallPilot anywhere that could shed some light?
Question 2: Does anyone have any other ideas as to why the MyCallPilot server would disable the forwarding rule after it has been working just fine for like 3 or 4 days?
