My Voice Mail is gone

Hi,

I setup a unified messaging with outlook. i can retrieve voicemail mail. but the other day we accidentally unplug the power of BCM.

After the incident the voicemail is gone. how is this possible.

is there any wrong configuration that i have done?

When you say the VM is gone what do you mean. Are all the mailboxes gone or just yours. Do you have access to the call pilot interface.
