I am trying to have the personal conference bridges set up for all 500+ exts.
My vendor says my flow wont work
Can someone please confirm?? I really find it hard to believe Avaya VM Pro in Intuity mode and IPO 10.1 cant do this

Here is the flow I am looking to have done
I have a DID# setup for all to call into our conference center

AA to ask If the caller wants to join a conference or is a moderator. Press 1 to join conference or Press 2 if a moderator

On 1
User to be asked to enter # of conference to join(users ext.)>User next to be asked for passcode> When correct passcode is entered caller to be notified he is being transferred and put on hold if moderator hasn’t arrived

On 2
User to be asked what conference to start>User to be asked for passcode(passcode is entered as PXXXX as Source# on same tab in user account). If successful AA to notify of transfer and to start conference room

This is possible. If you're looking for any kind of moderator controls other than waiting to start the conference then look elsewhere.

fire your vendor, or get a different tech at your vendor to service you

Of course that is possible and if you search for some conf bridges here on TT you may even find the call flows.

one small change though, the moderator has to dial in via FNE and authenticate with the twinning number for it to work

I've set up a scenario just like this for a customer. Uses the database option in vmpro. Works pretty well I guess. It's a HUGE setup.

Though, westi, that is a *great* idea about the FNE authentication. A customer is using an IPO off of a CM just for conferencing, so that would be a good way to get onto the system for moderated bridges.

Isn't every user already having a personal conference bridge?
All you have to setup is the callflow.
The users do have a bridge number the same as there extension if i am correctly.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!
