Dear Team,
My two nec sv8100 pabx systems are connected by net-link,the sound stops in a day or two, then after restarting the slave system they talk. (I think the call log is created which tells the system Logs are cleared on restart) Please tell the programming so that our problem can be resolved and we don't have to restart the system again and again.
Thanks.

SV8100 has been EOL for some time. That said the only way they lose connection is when you have some sort of networking issue cause the packet delay causing it to fall into a survival mode. Something is happening (backups etc, bad network connections etc., router issues) that is causing this. The 8100 is pretty picky so I would start at looking at your network to see what is happening. I have had sv8100 in a fiber network that literally ran for years without a hiccup. The problem is never bandwidth it's going to be packet delay. First thing is to make sure if you are not on a VLAN its traffic has to be prioritized for voice.

Hi,
Please check your network switch either Poe switch.please use normal network switch.
