My Spry Sub Menu Nav Bar Looks Perfect in Explorer, Too Low in FF

Ive tried everything, but any change i make, throws off the view in IE.

Please assist.
In IE it is the way I want, well except for the submenu fields
bieng different sizes
In Firefox it is too low. I tried to change margins but it screwed up IE.
ALso how to I get the menu items to be same size?
