My SharePoint Sites view from Office application

When a user explore a document library in "my sharepoint sites" from a office application, the user can view all documents in the library.
The user should only be able to view documents created by [Me]. How can I make this work?

It is possible to edit views in sharepoint, but this does not work from a office application.
