My server crash after install VSE

Hi

I have this problem. I have a server wuere is installed microsoft exchange 2000 using groupshield, i have installed VSE 7 the installation didn't present eny problem finishing i was required to restart de server i did but windows desn't start and it doesn't send any error message, Does anybody knows what can be hapenning.
