My scheduled reports not moving past pending - URGENT

Our environment is CE10 with CR10 reports.

Between +/- 4am and 10am is when most of our scheduled reports run. Some of the earliest reports seems to have worked, but this has now stopped. I thought maybe something is causing a "bottle neck" so these are the steps I took.

I cleared out/ deleted the "Pending" reports from the Instance Manager, gave it a few minutes, then refreshed, no new pending repoirts appeared. I did the same with the Running reports.

I then scheduled a very simply report, but that also just stays at Pending. What is blocking it? I then deleted the Pending instance.

I then restarted ny services in CCM. Now tried to rescedule the simple report...Pending. I then deleted the Pending instance.

I rebooted the server, and scheduled the simple report...Pending???

I have gone to the server's event log, and only see standard warnings.

Any ideas what I can do???

I have seen a similar "PENDING-HANG" issue if the CE user that SCHEDULED the RECURRING report is disabled or deleted.

Is the CE user that is SCHEDULED the pending reports valid and enabled.

If the CE user is being pulled in from WinAD or LDAP is there any issue there.
