this is my routing table but
i need to convert 3081200 into more than ten extensions
how i do this

You can't. You can put the same extension on 10 phones, and they will each have it. MCR key would work easy.

I may be reading this wrong, but if 3081200 is already pointing to a four digit extension number of 1031, then perhaps you would need to create 10 extensions with the same SCR number, assuming that they are all digital phones.

Otherwise the 3081200 IDC number would have to be removed and split into a smaller number to allow for the extra extensions. However you also have 3081202. Is this IDC number active and in use?.

All the best
