My router keeps crashing!

My Cisco 2620 keeps going down every few hours and I have to do a hard reset. How do I check the logs to figure out what is bringing it down? I have IP NAT INSIDE and about 150 people on the network. I haven't changed anything recently and it's been up for a month straight before yesterday.

Start doing some trend analysis, so you can tell what is going on as far as traffic is concerned when it goes down.
