My router gets reloaded often

Dear All,
My network consits of 2 cisco 2522 series routers and they have been configured and had been setup 2 years ago and they were working fine. But for the past three days we have been facing a peculiar problem - The router gets reloaded often but not at regular intervals of time and especially when the load is more.
When verified using show version command it shows the following error
" System restarted by error - Zero divide , pc 0x3134B32
We have been working out on this for the past 2 days but we are yet to find a solution for that .kindly provide us some solution for the above problem

Had similar problem erase flash and reload IOS. Actually load a newer IOS that should work.

I agree.. I just had a problem cleared by erasing and reloading the IOS and then RELOADING the startup-config by a cut an paste... 2504 Token Ring was the problem child...
