hi guys, i really hope that you can help me. I have a network access database, I created a report that runs correctly and complete in my computer but then when other users try to run the report eventhough it runs without no errors, it cuts a lot of the pages at the end. I thought maybe i could be a time expired issue so in the options of the database i changed the OLE\DDE (seconds) from 45 sec to 60 seconds but it doesn't make a difference, the back end of my database is in sql server, does any one have any idea why this could happen?

Try put a text box in your report header with a control source of:
=Count(*)
Does this value display the same for all users?

thanks for your help! yes it does,

This report is in Access 2003 that is made up of 2 subreports

The main report is a pass-through query (that pulls data from a SQL stored procedure) the user enters a parent number as a parameter and the pass through query results with all of the children facilities that have that parent number.

The first subreport works fine for each child facility (it's source is a linked SQL view). But the second subreport (it's source is another linked SQL view) only displays for the first child facility (they are sorted by customer number in asending order), but will not display for the rest of the children facilities. The report is not slow at all, it runs in less than 5 seconds regardless of how many records there are.

I'm not sure what is causing this. Does every user have their own front-end? Do they all have similar permissions on the SQL Server?

This reminds me of chart/graph objects that need to be Requeried with code in the On Format event of the section containing the object.
