My reoort is displaying too much whitespace before the next rec prints

I have a report that prints 2 fields in the report details section. One field is a question, and the other field is a response to the question. The fields are stored in the table as type memo. I have them as can grow and can shrink.
The only issue I have is there is a lot of whitespace after the response field. The response field prints right after the question...it looks great, but there is about 3 maybe 4 lines of whitespace when the next record prints.
Any ideas....

Is the bottom of your detail section up-tight to the bottom of your lowest control in your detail section?
