My "Press 1 to....." went away? 1

So this morning I called my work ##, but instead of the normal recordings, it has a generic "enter extension" message. What gives? It was working the other day, nobody else makes any changes, and I didn't mess with anything

Even better, now all the options to the left are gone.

I rebooted software - didnt work - and now the unified manager and all doesn't work. All lights on BCM are flashing except top 2 and bottom 2. I did a hard reset - same problem.

Is this a HDD error? Do I have to start from scratch again?

what system is it? i don't think its bad caps because you can access the callpilot, but it might be worth opening it up and looking.

bad capacitors = green
good = blue

Might this be the wrong Java Ver?




This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.
