My "o" is coming up as "6"

This happened when I mis-hit the Pause/Break key. Any idea how to undo the damage?

You obviously have a (laptop?) keyboard with an embedded numberic pad.

Turn off the num lock.

This may require pressing a Fn or Fcn key and the Num Lk key at the same time.
