My "Help" Screen is blank!

On all of my Microsoft Office Applications, the help box is blank after i select a subject from the contents. this has happened on all three of our computers in the office. We have Windows XP...... is there any way to correct this?

The only thing I can think of is to reinstall the help files. I have never had this happen to me.
