My Program doesn't run! 1

Hello,
I am making a program that opens other programs and dialogs but when I finidhed the 4th dialog and put the WinExec it compiled but didn't run. Can somebody help me resolve this problem? Thank you,

Maybe you put wrong paths? or instead of \\ you put \? John Fill
