Hi,
I have an Epson Stylus Color 740 that I bought new at least a year ago.
It has been working fine up to last week. I needed to print a text and the printer somehow managed to fold the paper while drawing it in. I know the page must have had a folded corner or something, but the point is : ever since this incident the "paper jam" warning is blinking constantly and the printer can no longer load any paper.
I have tried Epson's e-support with no result. I have mailed Epson without getting an answer. I have phoned their hot line without anybody picking it up.
There is no bit of the page that has been shredded in the printer, the page came out folded, but intact.
Yet, the printer thinks that there is still a paper jam.
Why ?
