My Plug-Ins Aren't Working!

Whenever I try to use one of my Plug-ins on PSP (I have 9) it says this:

Paint Shop Pro was unable to load the requested plug-in filter. The plug-in may not be installed properly or may be missing files.

I'm pretty sure I installed them right and everything..could you please help?
