My PC for optimiser clushed

Hi guys!
I'm having a problem with the optimiser, the computer clushed, with the help of EDP guys we manager to recover it is working. the problem is that I have lost all bills for june nothing is shown nor in ringmaster neither on line billing! I have staff members who need their final bill for june. Now how can i recover these bills? Need your most helpfull!
