When I try to connect to the Internet I put in my password it dials then it says checking user name and password then a little screen comes up and says enter your password to connect so I do, and then after about 5 seconds it comes up again. So I put my password in again and it comes up again. The only way I can connect to the Internet is if I use the post dial up terminal screen. And that is a pain putting in your user name and password after every time I connect to the internet! So what I was wondering is if there is a way that I dont have to use the dial up screen. Thank-you for your help.

Well you could try deleting all your *.pwl files and then removing and reinstalling MS Client for Networks, also try recreating your DUN connectoid, all thigs ponit to the PC corrupting the password as it goes out.

Doc Chuckle, he's talking about dialup, not LAN based, in any case if you cannot connect to your ISP, you need to call them up and tell them your Login is not working. Karl,
If he can log in through a terminal screen then there is nothing wrong with the ISP. Doc's answer makes more sense.
