my parmater prompt field needs to be an array, how?

I have a parameter field that I prompt the user to select a value, on the parameter field i defined as multiple with discrete so the user is able to add several values on the one screen.

The list of values the user selected is to appear on my heading of the report, how do I do this with an array? Also
how is this impacted when I select records for coding this?
