Here’s my question:
Does anyone know how can I ‘intercept’ the Internet content stream Before it gets processed by I-Explorer (or some other browser for that mater)? The idea is to block out some potentially child-harmful content or to insert hyperlinks when key phrases are found. I was thinking to use some kind of Active-x control but I don’t have nothing like an I-Explorer SDK, and the MSDN didn’t help me so much. I'm opened to any sugestions on how to do this.

have you tried zone alarm pro (allows site blocking, pop-up killing etc) or if it's to stop young children from seeing inaproppriate stuff try net nanny which is content filter.

Not sure if you had this kinda thing in mind, but it might help. If it annoys Microsoft then it's worth doing, and doing well!!
