my openserver is running very slow!!!!!!!!!!

I am running an openserver 5.0.4 and the last week my server is just running very slow the uptime is approx. 19.5 the consultant you originaly setup the machine disabled top and free and sar when he setup the machine so noone else can touch the machine so I am a little stuck can anybody please advise how I can diagnose what is causing the machine to slow down like this?

also what are the main culprets that are causing the machine to slow down?


also is there away I can load back on the missing utilities?
