I'm (The company I'm working) is developing a portal for one of our customers, the customer reciently view MyMSN portal and now he is asking if we can provide the protal with the functionality, with dragable content columns and information areas, colo customization, transparency, etc.

Can anyone point me in the right direction with links to tutorials, or articles

Thanks

Does the customer only want the code to work on IE, or do they want cross-browser and/or cross-platform support too?

I haven't seen the MyMSN portal (don't have a passport account), so can't test it, but I suspect it might only offer full functionality on IE/Win (as these MS sites tend to do, MSDN, for example).

Maybe someone with a passport account can test the column dragging on NN, Mozilla, and Opera, and let us know the findings?
