My MQSeries Triggers are not Firing

I have associated some triggers to Queues in MQSeries ( Version 5.2). The triggers seem to be working fine. All of sudden the triggers stopped working .. Can any one help me find the reason.. I set up all the necessary stuff like Initiation Queues , Trigger Monitor etc.
