Hi there! I have a 36.6kbps US Robotics (external) modem and a normal serial mouse. Both are connected to their respective computer ports via serial connectors. However, lately my mouse and modem don't seem to be working simultaneously. Whenever my modem is on my mouse doesn't work. However, whenever I go online, the mouse and modem work flawlessly, i.e. they work simultaneously. I'm not able to put my finger on the problem. I tried tampering with the wires and trying different combinations of connecting them on the motherboard but this is the only way they work. Does anyone have a solution to this problem???
