my memorystick don't work good!! it is slow!!

I've got a Compaq Evo 310, and I've a memorystick and I've got the good drivers for the memorystick!! but it take's a long time to copy someting on it. for 65 mb take's it one hour!! how can this faster??

I suggest you post in another forum... this forum deals with Compaq Server management product... not laptop hardware
