im not gona install XP until nxt month until i get ram even know i ran it for 2 days :p
well anyway
I installed XP on my 56MB/64MB (lol) and on the first day even know the XP FIREWALL was on i got MSBLAST, so i got a 3rd party one, NORTON couldnt remove it nor any other blaster tools, but just before i shut down i saw that my fireall was telling me that a program was trying to connect to internet, so i checked it out it was the blaster worm, it was in my system32 folder with some other name.So if a program is trying to acess the net that u dont know check it out and see, if you think its msblast just open it and go to start>run "shutdown -a" and delete it. every now and again check the MS UPDATE site on the programs menu or if you have classic start on it will be at the top and download SP1/SP2 and use a 3rd party wall linke norton or
Kerio firewall (free for homw use)
