My Linux Box Restarting frequently

My RedHat Linux server running on Dell 4300 is rebooting frequently. Can anybody help in this regard . which files to be checked and what to be done to solve this problem.

Is 'apmd', the Advanced Power Management Daemon, running on your system? This daemon is used for monitoring laptop power state and can cause problems with standby modes. If you're not running a laptop, try disabling 'apmd' and see if it helps.
