My Link will not show up the right color 2

This is probably the stupidest post anyone has ever put up, but I can't get my link to post the color I want. You can view it here: . I have two links in the content section that I want to be #FFCC00; Instead they are displaying the same color as the <p> so you can't distinguish that its a link. I tried enclosing it in a <span>, and I tried adding a class to my <a>. Both show up #FFCC00; in Dreamweaver, but when I preview it in a browser it is still the same color as the <p>. While your there if you have any suggestions on how I could improve my site I would appreciate it.

Holding shift and clicking the refresh button will also pull all fresh data from the server - ensuring nothing on the page is cached.
