My laptop doesn't go standby with a networkcard!!

When I wan't to put my laptop standby ill get a warning that says: the device driver for the '3com 3crwe62092a wireless LAN PC Card - SSH IP Security (IPSEC)' devise is preventing the machine from entering standby. Please colose all applications and try again. My question is: what can I do to help this problem?? maybe to update de driver??

You could check your bios to see if you can disable the wake up on lan feature.
IPSEC is the security protocol for the tcp/ip function of your network.
Do you require your laptop to wake up on network acticty ? if not you could stop the pcm card before you go into standby.
