my Javascript window dont close automatically

Hi everyone,

In a page after clicking the html button my javascript window opens and once something is selected gets closed automatically.This was happening but I made some changes and later needed to undo checkout my changes.So after that when i checked the application the javascript window doesnot close .The files show as identical with the source safe.But I can see small change in the application functionality.Dont exactly understand.
By the way I am into .net but poor at javascript.
