I'd been synchronising for years, no problem. But my new machine with Windows 7 says there is no software to link.

Is this true? If so, how can I fix it?

If I have to get a more modern iPAQ, how modern?

I can't see anywhere to look up the software version. The synchronisation is IPAQ2, does that help?

Update - I got an HP IPAQ RX1950 and that will link, though it started out telling me to get a newer version of Windows, I suppose it could not recognise Windows 7.

This was Outlook 2002.
