my imported file is MIA

I have a file that I converted from IBM Appraoch to a txt file. I'm trying to bring it into an Access database have it open when the button is clicked. I've tried to import it, but don't know where it's living after I import it. Any thoughts & ideas would be most welcome.

I don't remember really, I tried a couple of different ways and not sure of the exact method I used. I think I may have found the problem, and going to test my theory now.
