I'm having this issue: everytime i tries to enter search.msn.com in my IE6, it will redirect to a site called search.xeroand.com (something like that)

I checked at other computers, they all had no trouble with entering the MSN search site. So i uninstalled the IE6 and reinstalled it, still same thing.

I'm running win98.

that site is pissing me off.

Sounds like you need to run something like adaware. It will find and remove all spyware. Also, update your virus software and run a couple of complete scans and make sure you're not infested with something else.

I had the LOP bug for a while. It ate up a bunch of registry keys. I had to run AdAware four or five times. Then I had to update my Internet Options in IE to get back my homepage, search, etc.

You'll probably have to dig thru the registry and look for search.xeroand.com and delete any instances to really clean up the PC.

Good luck.
