My Home page has been Hijacked and locked

Something has gotten to my Internet explorer, changed the home page to

http://www.adarson.com

and locked it so I can't change it.

I'm also getting messages about Trojans from McAfee Virus protection software when I start it up.

Cany anyone tell me how to regain control and put the hompage back where I want it?
