my H70 server cannot boot.

The LCD display shows the following message:

" 4B200055
P1-C1 "

This can be a CPU Card Error in Slot on ( or Memory )
The best way is to call your IBM TA

According to the service guide, this means "no processor found". This indicates some sort of a CPU card failure, as stated above.
