My groupshield for domino is stag

Hi

I need help about my groupshield for lotus. I find my groupshield always not working after a while i restart the mail server. even i tried to restart the gsdconfig service all or manually but still the groupshield not working until i restart the servers. But if i see the task at the domino all the gsdconfig service is on or idle, but the virus still can pass to the users. I use domino version 5.09a and groupshield is 5.2 with engine 4.1.6 and the latest dat 4272.

Please anyone can give advice
