My .FXP program generates an error 15

I am using FoxPro 2.6 on a Windows2003 server.
Everything has been running for 7 years.... no problem.
Suddenly, two of my .fxp programs are generating Error #15. (my other 125 programs (.fxp) are running fine.)

Does anyone have an idea?

P.S. I do not have the source code for this application.

Error 15 indicates that a table has been corrupted in some way. The easiest solution is to go back to a good back-up.
