My form2 will not lose focus?

I open my form1 and call form2 but when I click on form1 back ground form2 superimposes it's self over form1?

Wow I've never seen this before? Is this a set focus problem?

Sorry guys, I've found a timer that checks between single flexgrid clicks and double clicks which evoked the form2 problem, me bad?!?!
