1. Language declaration should be after <html> and before <head>
2. <link> to favicon should be in <head> section
But rather than me listing the 26 problems, have a look at the validator:
Fix those and come back if you have any further problems

If it is there, are the permissions set for it to be read?

I also have the similar problem as ryanj53. I added a menu to a page using flash 123 menu to create the menu and dreamweaver to create the webpage. I can preview from within dreamweaver but when I upload the file, the menu is not there! Please see the link and read the source. Can anyone help?
1. Read faq222-2244 to see why you should ask a new and unrelated question in a new thread.
2. The version of the menu that you're using is well out of date.
3. Using flash and/or javascript for menus is a recipe for disaster unless you have a clear and simple alternative on the page. Some of your viewers will decline javascript, text-only viewers won't be a able to use it and bots won't be able to follow from it.
