my first div - fixed footer

Hi

I'm trying to learn CSS div's used this tutorial

Questions about my results.

How do I make the the page fill the browser window, without the white border around the edges? Top, left and right margin:0px; doesn't seem to have any effect.

How do I make the footed in a fixed position so the content will scroll?
