My Documents\Adobe folder

There is an adobe subdirectory in the my documents folder that I deleted and it is continually getting re-created. Is there a setting I can set to stop Adobe from re-creating this folder all the time?

I don't know but I find out that that distiller create intermediate file for PDF, just when it write "saving" for a long duration, looks like a phase where it optimize object positioning for sake of size. Then it create final PDF.

Is it distiller or Acrobat who create it ?

Use the end of path \Adobe\Acrobat and search trough your registry, may by by carfully experimenting a chaneg to an other name ...
