My DID cannot be dialed from the outside world

I have an extension 8170 that works fine internally but when I dial 788-8170 I get a fast busy. I outted all phones with 8170 and dialed 788-8170 again which should go to a TELCO message but again I get a fast busy. I have other 817x extensions and they all can be reached by dialing 788-817x so it shouldnt be a routing issue. I also checked my IDC table and it is not there either. Here is the programming of the TN.

not sure if you guys use this but in the UK we have UDI in the CLS

cant see that in your TN
 
I would call your provider and have them check their database.
 
why not do a trace of the incoming calls,, see if the number dialled is hitting your switch or not...
 
I am going to check with the TELCO to see if they did something with the routing.
 
If it's a PRI then turn on D-channel messaging and see if it is hitting your switch.
 
go to ld 49 and check your IDC tables. make sure someone in the past did not redirect the DID number to another set/DN.
 
I talked with the TELCO and for some reason that number was not ported to our system. They are going to make the change this afternoon. Thanks for the suggestions.
