Hi, I'm jovgar, a new tech. I have a problem with my Dell 720 printer. I heard it's because I upgraded to SP2. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Drivers twice. I've bought brand new ink cartridges, and nothing. Even after I upgraded to service pack 2 it worked. One day I went to print a word document, and all blank pages.
